Don't agree , full stop. Tax is collected already form holiday operators by income tax. Profits made are taxed - these go to HMRC . The Welsh government needs to operate within it's budget and plead for more income from the British government. Too many fancy , money wasting projects by the Welsh government. They are stifling entrepreneurship by tax all the time. Tourists buy products from shops who in turn make a profit hopefully and are taxed
